Draft the roster.

Eight candidate classes made it out of the workshops, and the game ships with five. Draft at least five; if you truly can't cut one, going over is allowed. Then pick three subclasses in every class, including the ones you passed on: if a class you skipped makes the cut, your subclass picks still shape it.
